In an exciting reveal, Treyarch has showcased additional gameplay for the much-anticipated round-based Zombies mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Terminus is among the initial maps available at launch, which brings back the beloved heroes from the Cold War under desperate circumstances. In a recent Intel Drop video, the developers opened up about the significant changes these characters have faced since the last installment.

The narrative unfolds as Richtoffen transports the heroes to an unfamiliar realm. Six years later, they find themselves in a precarious alliance with their erstwhile adversary, Dr. Peck. Each character has transformed; for instance, Weaver is burdened by the trauma of losing his team, Dr. Grey has grown increasingly resilient, and Carver is navigating a new reality after being relieved of his responsibilities.

The storyline is further enriched by Maya, a new character who teams up with Peck in her quest to locate her brother. Despite their individual goals, they share a common desire to escape and confront Richthofen. Treyarch emphasizes that players will enjoy interactions among hero characters during gameplay, enhancing the overall narrative experience. For those who prefer variety, other Operators will also be available for selection.

Mark your calendars for the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on October 25th, which will be accessible on Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One. Additionally, the highly anticipated Liberty Falls map will be disclosed during Call of Duty Next on August 28th, promising more thrilling updates for zombie enthusiasts.
