The tournament follows a double-elimination system, which means a team can lose once yet continue competing. A second loss, however, will remove a team from the contest permanently.
Furthermore, the overall winner of the Champions Clash will earn a spot at the Midseason Championship Scheduled for the latter part of July or the very start of August as a part of the Esports World Cup, independent of their final placements in their Stage 2 tournaments.
