In August, Rocksteady announced the release of Batman: Arkham Trilogy on October 13th. However, this date proved to be unfortunate, as the release has been delayed.

The British studio has now pushed back the game's release on the Nintendo Switch to December 1st. In other words, the game, originally expected to debut in ten days, is now around two months away from its launch. The developers have stated, "More time is needed to provide players with the optimal experience on Nintendo Switch." They did not cite competition from blockbuster releases, like Alan Wake 2, Alone in the Dark, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and other highly-anticipated games set for release in October and November as the reason for the delay.
